These Parsley Steak Bites are marinated in a delicious garlic parsley sauce, then cooked right on the stove top!

Ingredients

  • 2cups


    parsley

  • 1/4cup


    olive oil

  • 3tbsp


    lemon juice

  • 3cloves


    garlic

  • 1tsp


    sea salt & pepperdivided

  • 1 1/2pound


    sirloin steakscut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions
  1. Put parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and 1 tsp salt into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Sprinkle the steak bites with remaining salt and pepper, then put into a ziplock bag along with 1/4 of the parsley sauce. Add just enough to slightly coat the steak, reserving the rest for a dipping sauce. Place steak in the refrigerator to marinate 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites a few at a time so as not to over crowd. Cook roughly 3 to 4 minutes each side before flipping. Continue with remaining steak bites.
  4. Serve steak bites with reserved sauce. Pair the steak with a salad, potatoes, or even cauliflower rice.
