Ingredients
2cups
parsley
1/4cup
olive oil
3tbsp
lemon juice
3cloves
garlic
1tsp
sea salt & pepperdivided
1 1/2pound
sirloin steakscut into 1 inch cubes
Instructions
-
Put parsley, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and 1 tsp salt into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
-
Sprinkle the steak bites with remaining salt and pepper, then put into a ziplock bag along with 1/4 of the parsley sauce. Add just enough to slightly coat the steak, reserving the rest for a dipping sauce. Place steak in the refrigerator to marinate 30 minutes.
-
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites a few at a time so as not to over crowd. Cook roughly 3 to 4 minutes each side before flipping. Continue with remaining steak bites.
-
Serve steak bites with reserved sauce. Pair the steak with a salad, potatoes, or even cauliflower rice.
